I am originally from a small town in southwest Louisiana. I started fishing from a very young age with my dad. In May of 2009 I made one of the biggest choices of my life. I joined the United States Marine Corps. As I moved around from state to state, I would fish every chance I could.
After returning home from one OEF deployment and moving to Marine Corps Base Quantico, Va I decided it was time to to step it up a notch and start competing in tournaments. That year was a humbling year with only one good finish and that was 1st place in the Quantico Bass Classic.
My tournaments of 2015 consisted of fishing a B.A.S.S. Nation club trail where i won AOY at the club level. I competed in regional tournaments which qualified me to go the Virginia B.A.S.S. Nation State Fish off. I also fished many open tournaments in my area.
Although bass fishing is my passion, it is not my only hobby. You can also find me dropping cut bait for catfish, throwing plugs for stripers, fishing for crappie, and hunting many species of wildlife.
